Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping option chosen. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States. If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that address at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hananea Hawaii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
